Our 'chef de cuisine' Jeroen Steenjes, former chef of ‘Oud-Zuid' in Amsterdam, Holland, is in charge of our French restaurant Les Jouberties. Together with his local French kitchen brigade, who know all about the best farms and markets to buy high quality fresh ingredients, he excels in serving traditional dishes in a unique style. The restaurant staff help to create a relaxed atmosphere, which favours the making of new friends in France.
